Surrounded by olive groves, Il Capoverso is an ancient farmhouse located on a hill in a quiet and peaceful location. We are 1 km from the historic center of Monte San Savino, a medieval village and an ideal crossroads for visiting Arezzo, Siena, Florence, Cortona, Montepulciano, Pienza, Perugia and their enchanting territories.

Over the years we have created a welcoming place to live, taking care of olive trees, planting ancient varieties of fruit, growing vegetables and raising bees, all with natural methods that respect the environment.

Today we are pleased to host you in three apartments finely decorated, respectively of 4 + 1 beds (Lavanda), 5 beds (Sunie) and 2 + 2 beads (Bignonia); they are independent but if necessary can be communicating for groups of 6 + 3 and / or 10 + 4 people.

We have at your disposal a large swimming pool, sanitized with chlorine, of 15m by 5m (depth 1,10m – 1,40m), located in a sunny and private position, with a beautiful view of the surrounding hills. Next to the pool is a shaded patio and a shower. A wooden fence surrounds the pool for the small children.

During your stay you can taste our extra virgin olive oil of superior quality produced using our own on-site oil mill, or you can pick ripe fruit and vegetables from our organic garden, rediscovering genuine flavors, as well as savoring our honey.
