Extra Vergin Olive Oil
“Surprisingly Tasteful”
With passion we produce a high quality extra virgin olive oil, distinguished by unique aromatic notes as they derive from a mix of different varieties of olive trees: frantoiano, leccino, morellino, each one with a particular characteristic. The cultivation of the olive tree and in particular the harvesting are carried out with care and manual processing as much as possible.
Because we take care of more than a thousand olive trees, we have purchased our own oil mill, which allows us to press the olives harvested during the day and personally control the production parameters, such as temperature (strictly cold), timing, filtration, polyphenol content, in order to guarantee the entire process.
From October to November, for our guests and enthusiasts, it is possible to watch the harvesting and pressing of the olives and participate in the tastings of the new oil during the Open Olive Oil Mill weeks.
Red Wine From Organic Grapes
Ciliegiolo, Pugnitello, Sangiovese: a mix of aromas, flavors and body come together in the spirit of the best Tuscan tradition, with particular attention to ancient grape varieties. The young vineyard planted in 2021 was born from the desire of three friends to produce a high quality red wine, combining the most modern agronomic techniques, respecting the environment and according to organic regulations. The vineyard is a short walk from our olive groves, in a hilly, healthy environment rich in biodiversity, characterized by the alternation of cultivated fields and natural woods. We are currently building the cellar where we will personally follow all the stages of production and aging of the wine and where it will be possible to participate in visits and tastings.

In particular, in the orchard you will be able to discover ancient varieties of local fruit, resistant to diseases, which we planted to enhance biodiversity.
All horticultural production is strictly natural, subject to studies and experiments that make it more and more sustainable from year to year.
