Extra Vergin Olive Oil
“Surprisingly Tasteful”
With passion we produce a high quality extra virgin olive oil, distinguished by unique aromatic notes as they derive from a mix of different varieties of olive trees: frantoiano, leccino, morellino, each one with a particular characteristic. The cultivation of the olive tree and in particular the harvesting are carried out with care and manual processing as much as possible.
Because we take care of more than a thousand olive trees, we have purchased our own oil mill, which allows us to press the olives harvested during the day and personally control the production parameters, such as temperature (strictly cold), timing, filtration, polyphenol content, in order to guarantee the entire process.
From October to November, for our guests and enthusiasts, it is possible to watch the harvesting and pressing of the olives and participate in the tastings of the new oil during the Open Olive Oil Mill weeks.
